At the heart of the “Stop. Reflect. Do Better” project (that we led in SCI Poland between 2023 and 2024), we created ‘My Well-Being Kit’ – a thoughtfully designed set of cards aimed at inspiring personal reflection and action toward achieving holistic well-being. This set of cards supports bringing balance across eight core dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, occupational, financial, environmental, and spiritual.
